This adds support for Symfony 7, and drops support for Symfony 4 which has been End of life for a long time now.
Additionally, the deprecated validators Blacklist and P0wnedPassword have been removed as it doesn't make sense to add support here.
According to the semantic version this will be version 2.0. Version 1.7 is very stable so I don't expect to many bug fixes there.
